The plumbing and heating have been upgraded in over the years to make it more efficient, functional and modern without losing the charm and character of the original historic home. A dining room separates the kitchen and living rooms. The living room offers a large comforting wood burning rock fireplace and provides access to large covered elevated portal. The den is accessible from the living room and is presently used as an office/sitting area. In true hacienda style, each bedroom can be accessed from the interior courtyard. There are three guest rooms. The master suite contains a private bath, large wood burning fireplace and oversized dressing room. Nestled between the third bedroom and the master bedroom is a magnificent sun/sitting room with a fireplace which overlooks and provides access to the vine covered veranda and pond areas.
